It’s Waldo and Di’s Tuuli! They’re very good pals who met when Waldo visited Tuuli’s tower (and broke several bones, but that’s another story). Tuuli rarely leaves her tower and since Waldo travels a lot, he enjoys visiting her, telling her stories about the outside world, and sending her some souvenirs while he’s away.
